Fundraising Programs
We can work with your organisation to create a comprehensive fundraising program including aspects such as donor engagement, staff and volunteer training for ongoing donor management, corporate sponsorship negotiations to event management.

Grant Writing (non government) 

We research opportunities within the many corporate foundations and community funding grants available, write and submit applications on your behalf where criteria is met.

Charity / Community Event Management

We will work with you to establish a signature event for your not for profit, community, cultural or sporting organization to leverage your current supporters and the general community.

We develop and manage all aspects of a capital appeal inclusive of donor research and engagement, development of appeal resources, donor solicitation, media relations, grant writing and the management of appeal-specific events.

 

Major Gifts
We conduct donor research for engagement and solicitation with existing supporters and/or those with a synergy with your organization and establish your donor stewardship plan for you to follow. We are even able to provide briefings and training about your new fundraising program to your staff.

 

Membership Engagement

With extensive experience in membership engagement, we develop membership acquisition strategies, ongoing communication plans and manage events for membership-based organisations

Sponsorship Plans

We can review your current sponsors and develop specific recognition levels including a criteria for each level. We can develop your sponsorship resources and recognition communications so that you can feel comfortable moving forward with these relationships.

Third Party Fundraising

We are able to establish partnerships with corporate and community events where synergy exists between the parties, for increased fundraising outcomes and community engagement.

Volunteer Management
We are able to develop resources required for your organisation to have a successful and active volunteer program, meeting the needs of the organisation and the individual volunteers. This is inclusive of volunteer manuals, relevant forms and processes, and the development of volunteer recruitment, retention and respectful retirement strategies.

Alumni Engagement

We can work with your school or university to develop engagement strategies of past students for the benefit of future programs, facilities and/or bursaries.
